What products are returnable?
All of our apparel items come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and arrange for either a return or an exchange. Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged by the buyer will not qualify to be returned or exchanged.
Which items are not returnable?
The following would not qualify to be returned or exchanged:
- Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged by the buyer
- Any item that has been exposed to smoke, pet oder or pet hair
- Any customer requested custom-made item
- Items that have been sold from our Scratch & Dent section
